Consumers of the PChome 24h service are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the arrival of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial. Please note that the item must be in its original condition when you receive it with complete packaging, including\u00a0the integrity of the main item, accessories, gifts, warranty, original package, and all the related documents or materials. Do not miss any of it or damage the outer carton.<\/p>

If you purchased special items listed below, please pay attention to the following return policy:
For products that are spoilage-prone, short in shelf life, and customized, and for newpaper, journals, and magazines, the entitlement to a 7-day cooling-off period and returns is not applicable after the arrival of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
For products that cannot be restored to their original conditions, such as media products, computer software, personal care products, etc., please do not unpack them before deciding whether to return them. For digital contents that are not delivered via tangible media or online services that are completed once delivered, the entitlement to a 7-day cooling-off period and returns is not applicable in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act if the products are delivered upon your consent.When bundled items are returned, the items bundled for sale should be returned together. If anything is lost, damaged, or lacked, your return rights may be affected. When returning items, please pack them as is with the outer packaging (carton or bag) used by us or the designated vendor when they were delivered to you.
