6 hours in Taipei City (pilot run).
24 hours in Taiwan. Compensated with credits equivalent to NTD 100 if late. Shipping is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

Home delivery. Shipped at room temperature unless specifically stated otherwise on the webpage.
If the consumer is not reachable after two attempts at delivery of the purchased item and three days of phone and email contact from us, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Delivery Area

Limited to the main island and offshore islands of Taiwan. Note: The items are delivered to the piers of the ship companies on some offshore islands, including Lianchiang, Matsu, Orchid Island, Liuqiu, etc., and need to be picked up there. Attention! The receipt address cannot be a PO box.
Note: Products that need installation, phone number products, extra large products, and major appliances cannot be delivered to the offshore islands.

Return and Exchange Policy

Consumers of the PChome 24h service are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the arrival of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial. Please note that the item must be in its original condition when you receive it with complete packaging, including the integrity of the main item, accessories, gifts, warranty, original package, and all the related documents or materials. Do not miss any of it or damage the outer carton.

If you purchased special items listed below, please pay attention to the following return policy:
For products that are spoilage-prone, short in shelf life, and customized, and for newpaper, journals, and magazines, the entitlement to a 7-day cooling-off period and returns is not applicable after the arrival of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
For products that cannot be restored to their original conditions, such as media products, computer software, personal care products, etc., please do not unpack them before deciding whether to return them. Once unpacked, the entitlement to a 7-day cooling-off period and returns is not applicable in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
For digital contents that are not delivered via tangible media or online services that are completed once delivered, the entitlement to a 7-day cooling-off period and returns is not applicable in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act if the products are delivered upon your consent.When bundled items are returned, the items bundled for sale should be returned together. If anything is lost, damaged, or lacked, your return rights may be affected. Also, the cost of restoring the item to its original condition, depending on the degree of damage, may be deducted from the refund amount. 

If you would like to return the item, please fill out the application form via the "查訂單" (Orders) page or the "退訂/退貨" (Return) feature on the "退訂/退款查詢" (Return/Refund) page. We will review your return request within one business day from the day after receiving the application. After the review, a designated courier company will contact you by phone within five working days to collect the returns. Please keep your phone turned on and prepare the goods with all packages and accessories for collection by the designated courier company. The courier company is only responsible for the collection of the goods. The inspection will be done by the designated vendor. Please keep the receipt provided by the courier company after the collection of the items.
When returning items, please pack them as is with the outer packaging (carton or bag) used by us or the designated vendor when they were delivered to you. If the outer packaging (carton or bag) used by us or the designated vendor when the items were delivered to you is lost, please pack the box from the vendor with a suitable outer carton. Do not directly paste the delivery note or write anything on the vendor's box.
Please note that the box and packaging from the vendor are part of the item, too. If anything is lost, damaged, or lacking, your return rights may be affected. Also, the cost of restoring the item to its original condition, depending on the degree of damage, may be deducted from the refund amount.
When it becomes necessary for us to issue a refund due to your request for returns or exchanges, our inability to accept all or part of your order, or the termination or nullification of contracts, you agree that we may handle the required documents, such as invoices or credit notes, on your behalf to facilitate the refund process in compliance with relevant regulations.

After your application is received and confirmed, the consideration you have paid, including credit card transactions, will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. An email notification will be sent on the day of the refund.
